Travel CT Technologist – 13-Week Contract

Looking for your next CT travel assignment? A respected hospital in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week contract. This daytime opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with rotating call and the chance to work with a diverse inpatient, emergency, and outpatient population.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

• Specialty: CT Technologist
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Pay: $2242-$2702 (depending on fit and experience)
• Start Date: August 31, 2026
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• On-call: Every 3rd week 
• Philips CT scanner

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform high-quality CT imaging for inpatient, emergency, and outpatient exams
• Safely administer contrast and perform venipuncture as needed
• Assist with advanced CT procedures, including Guided Needle or Coronary CTA studies
• Deliver accurate imaging while maintaining excellent patient care and safety standards

REQUIREMENTS

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience
• At least 1 year of travel experience required
• Experience in Level II or Level III Trauma settings
• Stroke imaging experience required
• Venipuncture experience required
• Guided Needle or Coronary CTA experience required
