CT Technologist in Bixby, OK

Schedule:

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week
• Shift times: 6:45 pm – 7:15 am

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience operating CT and PET scanning equipment
• Certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency in preparing patients for imaging procedures and ensuring accurate positioning
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality control, and imaging best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdepartmental coordination

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and PET imaging according to physician’s orders and facility protocols
• Ensure quality diagnostic images by calibrating and operating imaging equipment
• Monitor patients' condition and comfort throughout exams
• Document procedures, maintain accurate records, and assist with workflow to minimize delays
• Follow all radiation safety guidelines, ensuring optimal care for patients and staff
• Communicate effectively with radiologists and medical teams to provide timely results
