CT Technologist - Bixby, Oklahoma

Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a CT and CT/PET Technologist (ARRT, NMTCB, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated proficiency with modern CT and PET imaging equipment
• Detailed understanding of radiographic safety protocols and HIPAA compliance
• Experience in hospital or acute care settings preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, critical care situations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with physicians, patients, and colleagues

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and PET imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
• Prepare and position patients safely and comfortably for procedures
• Review imaging orders for accuracy and verify patient identification
• Monitor patient well-being before, during, and after imaging
• Maintain accurate documentation and image records as required by facility standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring providers to ensure optimal imaging outcomes
• Adhere strictly to radiation safety and infection control protocols
