The focus will be on delivering reliable, efficient imaging services while maintaining safety and accuracy throughout all procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT (CT) certification required
  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Valid state license in Radiologic Technology
  • Proven experience in performing CT imaging studies in a clinical or hospital setting
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and high-quality CT scans following physician orders and department guidelines
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
  • Operate and calibrate CT imaging equipment, reporting any equipment issues promptly
  • Maintain detailed and precise patient records and imaging documentation
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care
  • Practice adherence to all established infection control and safety standards
  • Assist in maintaining imaging supplies and managing workflow efficiently
