CT Tech CT Technologist in Boynton Beach, FL

Step into a vital role as a CT Technologist, providing advanced imaging services on a contract basis. This position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise in CT imaging will directly support quality patient care.

Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week contract
• 3x12 hour day shifts
• Saturday and Sunday: 6:30am – 8:30pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am – 8:30pm
• Flexibility required for additional shifts, overnights, and holidays

Key Qualifications:

• Active State of Florida Radiologic Technologist license
• Certification with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• Completion of a college-level radiologic technology program, with diploma or transcripts required
• Previous experience as a CT Technologist in a clinical/hospital setting preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of imaging procedures, patient positioning, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT imaging scans according to physician orders and department protocols
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the exam
• Accurately document patient information, scan details, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver timely diagnostic results
• Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment as needed, reporting malfunctions promptly
• Uphold department standards for infection prevention, patient confidentiality, and quality assurance
