Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT-certified)
• Experience operating CT imaging equipment in a clinical or hospital environment
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, radiation safety, and patient positioning
• Ability to follow protocols and physician instructions meticulously for imaging procedures
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, physicians, and colleagues
• Valid state licensure as applicable for CT imaging
• BLS certification preferred

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time hours; shifts may vary based on facility needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans according to prescribed protocols, ensuring optimal image quality and diagnostic accuracy
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, explaining processes and addressing any patient concerns
• Maintain imaging equipment, ensure regular calibration, and report any technical issues promptly
• Collaborate with radiologists to provide accurate and timely imaging results
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations
• Prioritize patient safety by adhering to established radiation protection guidelines
• Support infection control and contribute to a clean, organized imaging environment
