Schedule:
- Part-time hours: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- 8:00 am to 4:00 pm shifts
Qualifications:
- Current New York State (NYS) license in Radiologic Technology
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- CT certification
- Recent experience working in a hospital setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in CT and PET imaging techniques
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Certifications must be listed on your resume
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT and PET/CT studies following established protocols and physician instructions
- Ensure optimal image quality and patient safety throughout procedures
- Properly position patients and operate imaging equipment efficiently
- Review images for diagnostic accuracy and collaborate on patient care decisions
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulatory standards
- Maintain documentation, equipment, and supplies in accordance with facility policies
