Schedule:

  • Full time, 13-week contract
  • Shift: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
  • PET/CT experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CT and PET protocols, safety guidelines, and instrumentation
  • Valid state licensure as required
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse patient population
  • Experience with EMR and PACS systems is highly valued

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality CT and PET/CT imaging according to physician orders and department protocols
  • Ensure accurate patient identification, pre-procedure screening, and preparation
  • Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely, actionable results
  • Maintain equipment and troubleshoot technical issues promptly
  • Document imaging procedures, results, and patient interactions in electronic medical records
  • Adhere to infection control standards and HIPAA regulations
