An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced CT Technologist to step into a dynamic imaging role at a reputable healthcare facility. This is a contract position lasting 13 weeks, ideal for professionals skilled in computed tomography and eager to contribute to high-quality patient care. Candidates who are open to a longer-term or permanent position will be strongly considered, as transitioning to a regular role is an option for those who excel.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am
Key Qualifications:
- Current BLS certification
- ARRT (CT) credentials
- Valid NY state radiologic technologist license
- Proven experience operating GE CT equipment
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, imaging procedures, and radiation safety
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate CT imaging equipment to generate clear and accurate diagnostic images
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and referring providers
- Ensure imaging protocols are followed and documentation is accurate
- Maintain equipment and the cleanliness of the examination area
- Adhere to quality assurance and quality control procedures in imaging services
Additional Details:
- Qualified candidates will be required to attend an in-person scan interview, lasting 3–4 hours. Compensation will be provided for your time during this process.
