You’ll operate state-of-the-art equipment for both CT and PET scanning, working alongside a skilled and supportive team.
Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time position
- 5.5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift (NBO schedule)
Key Qualifications:
- Current certification and registration as a CT Technologist required
- Proven experience performing both CT and PET imaging procedures in a clinical environment
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in diagnostic imaging
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, ensuring excellent patient care
- Ability to adapt rapidly and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate availability highly preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT and PET scans, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
- Review imaging orders, patient histories, and tailor procedures as needed for optimal results
- Monitor equipment functionality, troubleshoot minor issues, and report abnormalities
- Accurately document and maintain patient records in accordance with facility protocols
- Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for imaging review and diagnosis support
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards
