Professional, detail-oriented CT/PET technologists are needed for an exciting imaging role within a dynamic healthcare environment. This full-time, 13-week contract position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment, collaborating with an experienced medical team to provide critical diagnostic services.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Qualifications:
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a CT and PET technologist
- Familiarity with advanced imaging protocols and quality assurance standards
- Valid BLS certification
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced clinical setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of CT and PET imaging procedures following physician orders and protocols
- Assess requisitions and patient history to ensure proper imaging and patient care
- Collaborate with radiologists to deliver high-quality diagnostic images for patient evaluation
- Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring comfort and safety at all times
- Monitor safety and performance of imaging equipment, reporting any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and assist with departmental workflow, while upholding confidentiality standards
