This contract position is ideal for a skilled professional experienced with CT, CT/PET technology, and comprehensive radiological procedures. Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible shifts including day, evening, weekend, or overnight
• Options for 4-, 8-, or 12-hour shifts
• 7on-7off schedule pattern

Key Qualifications:

• Proficient in CT and CT/PET scan operations
• Demonstrated experience conducting general Radiology exams, x-rays, Fluoro, & portable/OR exams
• Active and up-to-date credentials and licensing in radiologic technology as required
• Strong understanding of imaging protocols, safety standards, and patient positioning
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain procedures to patients and collaborate with other health professionals
• Previous clinical experience in a busy imaging or hospital setting is highly preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform quality imaging exams in CT, PET/CT, and general radiology according to physician orders
• Accurately position patients and operate equipment for optimal scan quality
• Adapt imaging techniques as required by varying clinical scenarios
• Follow all departmental policies on infection control, radiation safety, and documentation
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of performed examinations
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout each procedure
