This contract opportunity offers an engaging work setting within a teaching hospital that features a Level 1 Trauma designation, Chest Pain Center, and Stroke Center status.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week
  • Shift days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 9:00 am – 9:30 pm
  • No call requirements
  • Weekend rotation not required
  • 75% of holidays worked, as needed during assignment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of dedicated CT experience
  • ARRT (CT) certification and current BLS required
  • Proficient with starting IVs
  • Experience handling inpatient, outpatient, and ER patient populations
  • Previous travel experience preferred; first-time travelers not accepted

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality CT and PET imaging for a diverse patient population, ensuring accurate diagnostic outcomes
  • Collaborate with medical staff in a fast-paced, inclusive department serving an average census of 100 patients daily
  • Operate and troubleshoot Philips PACS, GE scanners, and document in the EPIC EMR system
  • Maintain high safety standards, including proper patient preparation and equipment operation
  • Adhere to established protocols, department guidelines, and patient privacy regulations
