Hiring Immediately for an Interventional Radiology RN - Cape May Courthouse, NJ

Experience the dynamic environment of Interventional Radiology as an RN in a leading medical imaging unit. This contract position offers the chance to work with advanced technologies—including Fluoroscopy Suite, catheters, stents, and IV pumps—in a collaborative team setting with 11 skilled RNs. The unit uses Meditech/CPN for electronic medical records, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination.

Schedule:

37.5 hours/week. 5 days a week. Shifts vary. 7a to 3p. 7:30 to 3:30, 8a to 4p & 9a to 5p.
No weekends, holidays or nights and no call.
9a to 5p shift may have to stay over some days for late post op.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital RN experience
Active RN license (NJ or compact)
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Flexibility, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
Strong focus on high-quality patient care

PICC line placement experience is a requirement.

Preferred Experience:

Previous use of Meditech EMR
Background in large trauma facility environments
Medical imaging or interventional radiology experience
Prior experience with travel assignments

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with a variety of image-guided and invasive procedures in IR, CT, and Ultrasound settings
Support MRI with anesthesia and observe pacemaker procedures
Deliver comprehensive patient care and respond effectively to emergency situations
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
