CT Technologist - Carlisle, PA

Responsibilities include:

• Operate CT imaging equipment and perform diagnostic scans according to established protocols
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, ensuring comfort and accuracy
• Review and evaluate images for quality assurance prior to submission for interpretation
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information
• Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members
• Follow safety guidelines and infection control protocols throughout all matters of patient care
• Assist in maintaining imaging equipment, troubleshooting minor technical issues as needed
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
• Valid certification and registration in CT imaging (such as ARRT CT)
• Active state license for radiologic technology, as required
• Previous experience performing CT scans in a healthcare facility
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize imaging artifacts or anomalies
• Excellent patient communication and service skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
