Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Proven experience operating CT scanners and performing diagnostic imaging procedures
• In-depth knowledge of radiation safety and infection control standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for accurate imaging and troubleshooting
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and fellow staff
• BLS certification required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans following physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and exam documentation within the EMR system
• Prepare and position patients using appropriate techniques to obtain diagnostic images
• Calibrate and operate imaging equipment, reporting any technical issues for timely resolution
• Collaborate with radiologists to review and clarify imaging requests as needed
• Uphold strict adherence to safety precautions, including protocols for contrast media administration
• Participate in maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant imaging environment
