Responsibilities include operating advanced CT imaging equipment, preparing patients for scans, ensuring optimal imaging quality, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team spanning cardiology, surgery, emergency medicine, and more.
Schedule/Hours:
- Orientation is weekly on Mondays.
Key Qualifications:
- Current certification and experience in CT Imaging.
- Strong proficiency in operating CT scanners and related imaging technology.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for patient documentation and workflow.
- Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and colleagues.
- Previous experience in an acute care environment is strongly preferred.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a multi-specialty hospital setting.
Position Duties:
- Perform high-quality CT imaging studies following established protocols.
- Assist in efficient patient flow and comfort throughout procedures.
- Collaborate across disciplines such as cardiology, orthopedics, surgery, OBGYN, and emergency services.
- Follow all safety and infection control policies.
- Maintain detailed and timely imaging records.
- Contribute to hospital goals as an accredited primary stroke center and multidisciplinary care provider.
