You will collaborate with specialists in cardiology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, general surgery, and more, supporting a broad spectrum of patient care.
Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time hours typical of a hospital imaging department
- Rotating shifts may be required, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
- Minimum of one year of recent, relevant experience in hospital CT imaging
- Current ARRT (CT) credential or equivalent recognized certification
- Competency in all CT procedures, safety protocols, and advanced image processing
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- BLS certification required
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT imaging studies in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Ensure patient safety and comfort prior to, during, and following imaging
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CT imaging equipment
- Accurately complete documentation and maintain patient records
- Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal imaging outcomes
- Uphold safety and infection control standards at all times
