CT Technologist | Charleston, South Carolina

Step into a critical role supporting advanced diagnostic imaging and neuro services at a leading healthcare facility. This 13-week contract opportunity is ideal for experienced Radiologic Technologists skilled in CT and CT/PET modalities who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess specialized expertise in O-arm technology and neurosurgical operating room procedures.

Schedule & Hours:

• Tuesday through Friday, 4x10-hour shifts (days)

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina Radiation Quality Standard Association (SCRQSA) Radiographer Certification
• ARRT Radiography (R) Certification required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Demonstrated proficiency operating O-arm equipment in neuro OR settings
• Minimum of 50 miles residence distance from the facility is required
• Previous experience as a CT or CT/PET Technologist strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and PET scans according to physician protocols and departmental standards
• Operate O-arm imaging systems to assist the surgical team during complex neurosurgical procedures
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations in radiation management and patient care practices
• Accurately document imaging activities and maintain detailed patient records within electronic medical systems
• Collaborate with radiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff to deliver optimal imaging support during cases
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and operating at peak performance

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
