CT Tech CT Technologist in Charlotte, NC

This contract opportunity is designed for a dedicated CT Technologist with strong imaging expertise, particularly in computed tomography, seeking a role with a predictable schedule and focused responsibilities. The position is essential in performing diagnostic CT scans to support comprehensive patient care.

Schedule:

• 8-hour evening shifts
• Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
• No on-call requirements
• Expectation to work 75% of holidays
• No weekend rotation
• No floating to other departments

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in CT imaging
• Skilled at operating and maintaining CT equipment per best practices
• Registered or eligible as a CT Technologist (ARRT preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• Attention to detail with excellent communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of CT scans following physician orders and diagnostic protocols
• Evaluate images for technical quality and ensure accuracy for patient diagnosis
• Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort and safety throughout the procedure
• Maintain accurate patient records within hospital systems
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
• Adhere to infection control policies and safety standards at all times
