Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist
• Associate degree or completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Previous experience in a hospital or high-volume clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Proven ability to maintain compliance with safety, HIPAA, and infection control protocols

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
• Assess image quality and collaborate with radiologists for further evaluation
• Document patient information and scan data accurately within the electronic medical record system
• Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment, reporting technical issues promptly
• Practice proper radiation safety and infection prevention techniques at all times
• Educate patients and families about procedures as needed
