Skilled CT Technologists are invited to further their careers in a dynamic imaging department renowned for advanced technology and high-quality patient care. This contract role offers consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to work alongside a committed, multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Schedule/Hours:
- 8-hour day shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
- No weekend rotation
- On-call required: 2–3 shifts per month
- Holiday coverage: 75% of holiday schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a high volume of CT studies and imaging procedures across Emergency, Inpatient, Observation, and Outpatient settings.
- Provide CT-guided invasive procedures and assist with cases requiring anesthesia.
- Complete a wide range of imaging, including cardiac CT, venous/arterial phase, multi-phase, stroke (including perfusion), and colorectal studies.
- Start peripheral IVs and ensure proficiency with EMR (Epic), RIS (Epic Radiant), PACS (Philips iSite), and Siemens/Bayer/Medrad CT equipment.
- Collaborate with radiology nursing and other departments; utilize guest services/transport support for patient movement.
- Participate in department/administrative onboarding and orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ recent CT experience (first-time travelers welcome).
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong skills in multi-phase and stroke imaging; knowledge of TeraRecon preferred, not required.
- Familiarity with high-acuity environments and varied patient populations.
