Computed Tomography Tech | Charlotte, North Carolina

Schedule:

• Evenings, 12-hour shifts
• 3:00 pm – 3:30 am, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Floating as needed within the specified service area

Qualifications:

• Active ARRT registration required, with current CT credential (R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT))
• Demonstrated competency in special imaging techniques, IV administration, and cross-sectional anatomy preferred
• Prior experience in CT imaging is essential
• Experience operating Siemens Force and GE HD 750 CT scanners is highly desirable
• Ability to perform duties of a diagnostic radiologic technologist, as necessary
• Strong communication and AIDET customer service skills with a commitment to excellent patient interaction

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform CT scans and related imaging procedures to visualize cross-sectional anatomy
• Utilize professional judgment when executing clinical imaging protocols and adjusting techniques as necessary for accurate results
• Maintain a clear, compassionate, and informative approach with patients, ensuring safety and comfort
• Execute IVs and manage contrast agents when indicated
• Ensure equipment is utilized safely and according to established protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and float to locations as assigned
