Schedule:
- 3x12-hour shifts each week
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Weekend day shifts
Key Qualifications:
- Competency in operating CT imaging equipment and performing scans
- Prior experience as a CT Tech in a clinical or hospital environment preferred
- Current registry certification (ARRT-CT) or equivalent (if required by institutional policy)
- No state license required for this role
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate imaging and patient safety
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with medical staff and support patients throughout the procedure
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT procedures for diagnostic evaluation, adhering to established protocols and safety standards
- Accurately position patients, review physician orders, and verify patient identification before imaging
- Assess image quality and make necessary adjustments to deliver optimal results
- Document procedures, maintain records, and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
- Communicate effectively with physicians regarding diagnostic findings as needed
- Support the overall workflow of the imaging department, assisting with related tasks as assigned
