Qualifications:
- ARRT (CT) certification, or equivalent, required
- Previous experience in CT and PET imaging, preferably in a hospital environment
- Proficiency in operating advanced imaging equipment
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to accurately follow protocols and adapt to evolving workflow priorities
- BLS certification (current)
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT and PET scans following established protocols
- Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure optimal comfort and safety
- Evaluate imaging results and participate in quality assurance processes
- Maintain meticulous records and adhere to HIPAA and facility policies
- Troubleshoot equipment and promptly address any issues
