Schedule:
- 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Includes every third weekend
Qualifications:
- Active ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
- Demonstrated proficiency operating CT equipment and performing cross-sectional imaging
- Strong understanding of radiology safety protocols and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within an interprofessional team
- Adaptability to varying work volumes and the ability to prioritize patient needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT examinations according to established protocols, ensuring accurate, timely diagnostic images for clinical teams
- Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures to ensure understanding and comfort
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and infection control guidelines
- Accurately document procedures, patient data, and technical factors in electronic medical records
- Communicate promptly with radiologists and referring providers on urgent findings or technical challenges
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance as needed
