CT Tech CT Technologist - Clovis, California

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current ARRT (CT) certification required
• Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• Minimum of one year of experience as a CT Technologist preferred
• Strong knowledge of CT protocols, anatomy, and exam procedures
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Proficient with radiology information systems and PACS

Schedule/Hours:

• Contract assignment; specific duration to be discussed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images as ordered by physicians
• Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the procedure
• Accurately follow imaging protocols and adapt techniques based on clinical indications
• Maintain patient records, imaging files, and document procedures in accordance with facility requirements
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring providers to clarify orders and ensure optimal imaging
• Follow infection control, quality assurance, and radiation safety guidelines at all times
• Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing competency training as needed
