Take the next step in your imaging career by delivering critical diagnostic support in a bustling healthcare environment. A contract opportunity is available for a skilled CT/PET Technologist with expertise in CT imaging. This position specializes in performing a broad range of studies to support emergency, inpatient, observation, and outpatient care.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 12-hour day shifts (36 hours/week)
  • Friday/Saturday/Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • No on-call duties or floating required
  • Holiday coverage for shifts that coincide with scheduled workdays

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a CT Technologist
  • ARRT (R)(CT) certification is mandatory
  • BLS certification required
  • Proficiency operating GE Revolution Apex CT systems and Bayer MedRad dual-head contrast injectors
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced imaging department performing both routine and STAT CT exams
  • Capable of managing exam prioritization, including urgent cases, and familiarity with post-processing
  • Experience working with Epic EMR, Epic Radiant RIS, and Philips iSite PACS systems

  • Execute a diverse caseload of CT and PET imaging for a variety of patient types, including emergency room and outpatient procedures
  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic images and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in coordinating imaging studies by acuity
  • Adhere to established departmental protocols and patient safety standards
