Elevate your imaging career in a busy healthcare environment as a CT/PET technologist working on a contract basis. You’ll collaborate within a well-equipped imaging department, handling a high volume of studies and serving a broad spectrum of patient needs, including emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and observation cases. Schedule & Hours

  • 12-hour day shifts (36 hours/week)
  • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • No call or floating required
  • All holidays falling on scheduled shifts will be worked

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CT technologist; first-time travelers are welcome
  • ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
  • Current BLS certification
  • Previous GE CT experience necessary (routine and STAT studies, post-processing, and code stroke imaging)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced department and coordinate priorities with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR and Epic Radiant RIS preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a broad range of CT exams using state-of-the-art GE Revolution Apex and Bayer MedRad dual-head contrast injectors
  • Conduct imaging for inpatient, outpatient, and ED patients with prompt response to acute cases
  • Follow strict protocols for order of acuity and quality standards
  • Complete necessary documentation in EMR and imaging software platforms (EPIC, iSite PACS)
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary staff to ensure efficient patient flow
