CT Tech CT Technologist - Concord, North Carolina

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• 11:00am – 11:30pm

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Current ARRT (CT) certification required
• State licensure in Radiologic Technology (if applicable)
• Minimum of one year experience performing CT scans in a clinical setting
• Proficiency with CT imaging equipment and protocols
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to perform diagnostic scans as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Verify patient identification and obtain relevant histories to ensure safety and accuracy
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and proper technique
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility policies
• Adhere to established safety protocols, including radiation safety and infection control measures
• Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients throughout the imaging process
