CT Technologist in Converse, TX

Schedule:

• Rotating shifts, 7:00am – 7:00pm
• One overnight shift per month, 7:00pm – 7:00am
• Commitment to 1–2 weekends per month

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology
• CT and X-ray imaging experience required
• Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification active
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Adherence to safety procedures and patient confidentiality standards

Role Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and X-ray equipment to produce accurate diagnostic images
• Position patients and adjust equipment for optimal imaging, prioritizing comfort and safety
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely, high-quality imaging results
• Perform routine equipment checks and keep detailed records
• Apply infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Educate patients about procedures, answer questions, and address concerns compassionately
• Assist in emergencies with flexibility and a calm demeanor
