CT Technologist in Converse, TX

Schedule:

• Rotating shifts (day and overnight)
• 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. coverage
• One overnight shift per month (7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)
• 1-2 weekends per month required

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography required
• Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (if applicable)
• Prior experience performing both CT and X-ray imaging in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong technical proficiency with digital and computerized radiographic equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians, ensuring precision and patient comfort
• Prepare and position patients accurately for a variety of imaging exams
• Assess image quality and perform necessary adjustments for diagnostic clarity
• Follow strict protocols for radiation safety and infection control
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of procedures and patient information
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare staff for optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment
