CT Technologist - Coraopolis, PA

Deliver expert imaging services in a dynamic healthcare setting, leveraging your skills as a CT and CT/PET Technologist. Schedule Options:

• Choose between four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week
• Total of 40 hours per week

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active ARRT (CT) certification required
• Current and valid PA state license required
• Experience as a CT Technologist; PET/CT experience highly preferred
• Commitment to high-quality imaging standards
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and patients

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and PET/CT equipment for diagnostic imaging according to established protocols
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, providing clear explanations and reassurance
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to ensure optimal diagnostic outcomes
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot basic issues, and monitor safety standards
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with facility guidelines
• Adhere to infection control procedures and workplace safety policies
