Leverage your expertise in CT and PET imaging in a dynamic emergency care setting with a contract opportunity beginning ASAP. This 13-week assignment offers you the chance to work alongside talented professionals using state-of-the-art equipment while making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Alternating two-week schedule:
    • Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (11:30pm–10:00am)
    • Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (11:30pm–10:00am)
  • No on-call requirements

Qualifications:

  • Active RT(R)(CT) certification
  • Current Rhode Island license
  • BLS certification
  • Proficiency with Siemens Definition AS+ and GE VCT 64 Slice equipment
  • Experience with Medrad injectors required
  • Familiarity with GE PACS and EPIC preferred
  • COVID, Booster, and Flu Vaccinations required (Medical declination accepted for Booster only, no religious exemptions)
  • Prior experience in hospital and emergency room environments highly valued

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality CT and PET imaging for ER patients in a fast-paced setting
  • Accurately operate, troubleshoot, and maintain imaging equipment
  • Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure effective, patient-centered care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere strictly to safety and infection-control protocols
  • Ensure compliance with hospital dress code (scrubs, no hooded sweatshirts)
