Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and PET/CT equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
• Prepare and position patients for scans, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal image quality
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to any concerns
• Accurately document and maintain patient records and imaging data in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring healthcare providers to review images and provide relevant patient information
• Ensure all imaging procedures adhere to quality, safety, and infection control guidelines
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and report any malfunctions promptly

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT CT required)
• Experience operating PET/CT scanners
• Strong understanding of imaging protocols, radiation safety, and patient positioning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively working with patients and staff
• Detail-oriented with ability to document clearly and accurately
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
