Key Requirements:
- Schedule/Hours: [Please inquire for specifics regarding shift and scheduling]
- Valid CT certification (ARRT)
- Current driver’s license with photo identification
- Successful completion of a background check
- Up-to-date skill checklist demonstrating competencies in imaging
- Recent resume and application showing previous experience in CT imaging
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS (as applicable)
- Documentation of tuberculosis testing
- Hepatitis vaccination record
- Proof of influenza vaccine or signed declination form
- Drug screening compliance
- Agency attestation form and Certificate of Liability Insurance
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospital or acute care imaging setting
- Strong knowledge of CT protocols and safety standards
- Excellent communication skill with patients and healthcare staff
- Ability to act quickly and accurately in dynamic medical situations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images for clinical interpretation
- Follow established safety guidelines and best practices for radiation protection
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining protocols and ensuring comfort
- Maintain accurate patient and imaging records, complying with all regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to facilitate seamless patient care
