Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CT imaging procedures
• Experience with general diagnostic radiology exams is a plus
• Competency in administering intravenous contrast media and utilizing power injectors
• Ability to prepare, set up, and maintain procedure rooms and sterile equipment
• Skilled in patient care, including monitoring for and responding to contrast reactions
• Familiarity with PACS image management and RIS study indexing
• Excellent communication—embracing AIDET principles and positive, diverse team interactions
• ARRT certification (CT) preferred; state licensure as required

Core Responsibilities:

• Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety before and during exams
• Review clinical data and adjust imaging procedures as appropriate
• Perform CT scans and general radiology exams under general supervision
• Collaborate with radiologists on complex procedures, such as biopsies
• Maintain accurate documentation in both medical records and radiology information systems
• Demonstrate and promote high standards in patient care, communication, and documentation
