Embark on an exciting contract assignment as a skilled CT professional, serving a dynamic Trauma Level 2 environment. This 13-week opportunity is ideal for those with a strong hospital background and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care across ER, inpatient, and outpatient units.
Schedule:
- 5 shifts of 8 hours each week
- Hours: 3:30 pm – 12:00 midnight
- Every other weekend required
Qualifications:
- Valid ARRT (CT) certification
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of CT experience in a hospital setting
- Demonstrated experience with GE and Philips CT equipment
- Proficient working with imaging workstations
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, trauma-focused environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners for quality diagnostic imaging in emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings
- Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to ensure prompt, accurate, and safe imaging
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout all procedures
- Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain GE and Philips imaging equipment as required
- Accurately document patient information and imaging records in the electronic workstation
- Participate in procedural preparations, post-procedure care, and emergency protocols as needed
