Bring your expertise in CT imaging to a dynamic healthcare environment, handling inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department cases over a 13-week contract. This engaging role requires independence, technical skill, and adaptability in a high-volume hospital setting.
Schedule/Hours:
- Block scheduling available
- No on-call requirement
- All positions require participation in weekend rotation
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of CT imaging experience
- ARRT (CT) certification — required
- BLS certification — required
- Proficient with GE and Siemens CT equipment (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a busy environment
- Previous hospital-based experience is advantageous
- Deep understanding of imaging safety protocols and patient care best practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of CT imaging procedures for diverse patient populations, including emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings
- Accurately acquire images and provide technical expertise with a focus on quality and patient safety
- Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines for all procedures
- Communicate effectively with medical personnel and support patient education and comfort before, during, and after imaging procedures
- Efficiently manage workflow and documentation in alignment with department standards
- Adhere to all infection prevention measures and safety initiatives
