CT Tech CT Technologist | Dearborn, Michigan

An opportunity is available for an experienced professional skilled in imaging for a role supporting CT operations across ER, inpatient, and outpatient departments within a trauma level 2 environment. This contract position offers involvement with both GE and Phillips equipment, ensuring varied and dynamic work experiences.

Schedule:

• 5x8 hour shifts, every other weekend required
• Hours: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

Key Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (CT) certification and active BLS required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CT experience in a hospital setting
• Demonstrated proficiency with both GE and Phillips CT equipment
• Strong technical competence with CT workstations
• Hospital experience required

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures, adapting protocols to specific clinical indications and patient needs across ER, inpatient, and outpatient units
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation following established standards
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients throughout procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, effectively communicating diagnostic information
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced imaging equipment with attention to technical detail
• Contribute to workflow efficiency and support optimal patient throughput
