CT Tech CT Technologist - Delhi, NY

Step into a valued role supporting diagnostic services as a skilled imaging professional specializing in both CT and X-Ray. In this contract position, you'll play an essential part in ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient performance of radiology procedures, directly enhancing patient care and supporting clinical teams.

Schedule Options:

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 7:00 AM – 11:30 PM (includes overnight call)
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant imaging experience required; will consider those without CT Registry if experience criteria is met
• Proficiency in performing both CT and X-Ray exams (approximately 50/50 workflow)
• Equipment experience with GE Revolution APEX CT and GE X-ray machines preferred
• Commitment to confidentiality and patient privacy protocols
• Understanding of regulatory standards and incident reporting procedures
• Outstanding communication skills for collaboration with physicians and radiologists

Responsibilities:

• Conduct CT and X-ray procedures per physician orders, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Apply appropriate radiation safety techniques for patients and coworkers
• Ensure all patient and institutional information remains confidential
• Deliver quality patient education regarding imaging procedures
• Maintain precise, timely documentation within the Radiology Management System
• Adhere to clinical protocols and service delivery standards within the Diagnostic Imaging & Radiology department
• Communicate effectively to facilitate accurate and responsive service to patients, providers, and regulatory contacts
