Schedule/Hours

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Imaging - CT procedures
• Experience with general diagnostic radiology a plus
• ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Current state licensure (as applicable)
• BLS certification required
• Attention to detail and patient care excellence

Responsibilities

• Explain procedure steps and prepare patients for CT examinations
• Review clinical information on requisitions, and gather necessary patient history
• Set up and restock procedure rooms and supplies
• Analyze anatomical structures and conduct CT scans, adjusting equipment for optimal imaging
• Administer IV contrast media, observe patients for reactions, and provide immediate care if necessary
• Support the Radiologist with complex sterile diagnostic procedures (e.g., biopsies)
• Consistently apply radiation protection principles and maintain safety practices
• Complete all study protocols and documentation in PACS and RIS
• Foster a collaborative, respectful, and communicative work environment
