Step into a dynamic role providing essential diagnostic imaging services within a busy healthcare setting. This contract position spans 13 weeks in a dedicated CT Imaging unit, covering inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department cases. Your expertise as a CT technologist will play a critical role in patient care and swift diagnosis.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Block scheduling available
  • No on-call required
  • Weekend rotation included

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on CT imaging experience
  • ARRT (CT) certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • Familiarity with GE and Siemens CT systems is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Previous hospital-based experience is preferred
  • Solid understanding of imaging safety protocols and best patient care practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced CT imaging procedures for a diverse range of patients, including inpatient, outpatient, and those in the emergency department
  • Operate CT equipment (primarily GE and Siemens systems), ensuring quality imaging and accurate diagnostic results
  • Implement and adhere to all safety standards
  • Manage patient care with professionalism, providing thorough instructions and ensuring comfort throughout procedures
  • Complete documentation and coordinate with other healthcare professionals for optimum workflow
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
