Qualifications & Experience:

• ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required
• Valid and current state license (if applicable)
• Demonstrated proficiency operating CT scanners and related imaging equipment
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, imaging protocols, and patient safety standards
• Previous experience as a CT Technologist in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Basic life support (BLS) certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT imaging studies according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, providing clear explanations and instructions
• Prepare and position patients accurately for various CT examinations
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, troubleshooting as needed to ensure optimal results
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to review images for quality and completeness
• Document clinical information, patient history, and procedure details accurately in electronic medical records
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, infection control guidelines, and HIPAA policies
• Participate in ongoing education and departmental quality improvements
