Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience performing CT imaging procedures in a healthcare setting
  • Valid certification or registry as a CT Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, patient positioning, and radiation safety standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and other clinical staff
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Current BLS certification required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CT scans according to physician orders ensuring quality imaging and patient safety
  • Prepare, position, and monitor patients throughout imaging procedures, providing clear explanations and support
  • Operate and maintain CT equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly
  • Accurately document scan results and patient information within electronic health records
  • Maintain compliance with all hospital, state, and federal guidelines for imaging practices
  • Assist with workflow efficiency and support fellow team members as needed
