Qualifications:
- Current certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT-CT or equivalent)
- Valid state licensure to practice as a CT Technologist
- Demonstrated experience operating CT imaging equipment
- Comprehensive knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and proper imaging techniques
- Ability to adhere to all safety protocols and radiation policies
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient communication and teamwork
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
Responsibilities:
- Perform all assigned CT imaging procedures with accuracy and professionalism
- Prepare and position patients for scans, ensuring comfort and safety
- Operate and maintain CT equipment while following established protocols
- Document all procedures, patient information, and scan results according to facility policies
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal imaging outcomes
