Schedule/Hours:

  • Five 8-hour shifts per week
  • Evening shift

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a CT and PET Technologist
  • Proficiency operating Siemens imaging equipment is required
  • Certification in CT imaging and PET preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, radiological procedures, and safety standards
  • Valid ARRT certification and state licensure, as applicable
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex cases

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CT and PET scans according to physician orders and established protocols
  • Review imaging results to ensure clarity and accuracy before submission for interpretation
  • Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and privacy throughout all procedures
  • Troubleshoot Siemens CT equipment and perform routine quality assurance checks
  • Accurately document exam details and maintain patient medical records
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to support optimal diagnostic outcomes
  • Adhere to departmental policies, quality control procedures, and infection control guidelines
