Schedule/Hours:

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Call included
• 13 hours per shift, part-time

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT scanner, ensuring adherence to all safety and sterility standards for each procedure
• Prepare, stock, and maintain all required medical and radiological supplies
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families throughout their care
• Verify patient identity, maintain patient privacy, and observe all HIPAA guidelines
• Monitor and report patient condition pre- and post-contrast injection; initiate emergency responses as needed
• Perform and coordinate emergent and unscheduled procedures, triaging with efficiency
• Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot CT equipment and workspaces per protocol
• Support ongoing QA/QC processes, documentation, and immediate communication of any findings to radiologists

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a Radiographer Technical training program
• ARRT RT(R) and RT(CT) certifications required
• NJDEP – New Jersey State X-Ray License required
• BLS Certification (CPR mandatory)
• Proficient venipuncture skills
• Excellent command of the English language
