Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • 5x8-hour shifts per week

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CT or CT/PET Technologist
  • Proficiency in imaging procedures utilizing Siemens equipment required
  • Current, valid certification (such as ARRT or equivalent)
  • Active state license or eligibility as required by regulatory authorities
  • Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach to patient care
  • Ability to analyze images and troubleshoot equipment for optimal performance
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT and PET/CT scanners, ensuring high-quality imaging for physician review
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explain processes, and address any questions or concerns
  • Follow established protocols for radiological safety and patient confidentiality
  • Monitor and care for patients throughout scans to ensure comfort and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare teams for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Document procedures, maintain imaging records, and support equipment maintenance
  • Stay updated on best practices in imaging technology and participate in ongoing training as required
