CT Technologist in Fayetteville, NC

Step into a dynamic imaging environment with a contract opportunity specializing in CT. This role supports a Joint Commission Accredited Primary Stroke Center within a 137-bed acute care hospital, known for its broad array of services including cardiology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, general surgery, OBGYN, emergency care, gastroenterology, nephrology, hematology, urology, podiatry, pulmonary medicine, and wound care. The facility also features a Level 2 Nursery and is deeply committed to excellence in patient care.

Schedule/Hours:

• Weekly orientation every Monday
• Contract position with flexible assignment duration

Key Qualifications:

• Credentialed and experienced in CT imaging
• Registered by ARRT (CT) or equivalent certification
• Familiarity with acute care hospital procedures and imaging protocols
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Previous experience in a similarly robust, multidisciplinary hospital preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Acquire high-quality CT images according to physician orders
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain imaging equipment to required standards
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records within hospital systems
• Support the delivery of care in a facility featuring a diverse range of medical services
