CT Technologist in Fayetteville, NC

Seeking a dedicated professional for a contract assignment specializing in CT imaging, supporting comprehensive patient care across multiple specialties in a 137-bed, Joint Commission Accredited Primary Stroke Center.

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time contract position
• Weekly orientation every Monday

Qualifications:

• Current certification and/or licensure in CT imaging (as required by state standards)
• Experience performing CT scans in an acute care or hospital environment
• Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and patient safety procedures
• Ability to collaborate efficiently with physicians and healthcare teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of CT scans independently and accurately, ensuring image quality and patient comfort
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
• Operate advanced imaging equipment and maintain strict adherence to safety standards
• Work effectively with departments including cardiology, orthopedics, general surgery, OBGYN, and others
• Communicate findings to radiologists and medical staff promptly
• Maintain accurate records, including patient data and image archiving
• Assist with quality assurance processes and participate in ongoing departmental improvements
