Experienced CT imaging professionals are needed to provide high-quality diagnostic services in a dynamic acute care setting. This contract position supports a busy hospital recognized as a Joint Commission Accredited Primary Stroke Center, offering a comprehensive range of specialty medical and surgical services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise operating CT imaging equipment in a clinical or hospital environment
  • Valid certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT CT preferred)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced acute care or specialty hospital setting highly desirable
  • Proficiency in patient positioning, safety protocols, and radiation safety procedures
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide calm, compassionate care
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams across multiple specialties

Schedule:

  • Contract position; specific shift details to be provided during the interview process

  • Perform high-quality CT scans for patients across a range of age groups and medical conditions
  • Accurately follow physician orders and facility protocols
  • Ensure proper imaging documentation and patient records are maintained meticulously
  • Communicate effectively with radiologists and care team members to support timely diagnosis and treatment
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety throughout the imaging process
  • Participate in equipment checks, maintenance, and quality assurance activities
