Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans following physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure accurate patient positioning, image acquisition, and technical quality
• Explain imaging procedures to patients, addressing questions to promote comfort and understanding
• Implement radiation safety measures in accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers for timely and precise diagnostic results
• Monitor and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly
• Adhere to all organizational, state, and federal guidelines related to imaging practices and documentation

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current ARRT registration in Radiologic Technology (CT certification required)
• Proven experience working with computed tomography in a clinical setting
• Valid state licensure (if applicable)
• Demonstrated knowledge of radiation safety and best practices for patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
