Key Qualifications:

• Current certification in Computed Tomography (CT) from an accredited program
• Registered and in good standing with ARRT (CT)
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in CT imaging in a clinical setting
• Proficiency with CT equipment, image acquisition, and safety protocols
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans based on physician orders, ensuring accurate image acquisition for diagnostic purposes
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring safety and comfort throughout
• Monitor equipment operation and promptly report any malfunctions
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation according to facility standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to support patient diagnoses and treatment planning
• Adhere to all infection control procedures and established safety guidelines
