Key Qualifications:
- Current certification in Computed Tomography (CT) from an accredited program
- Registered and in good standing with ARRT (CT)
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in CT imaging in a clinical setting
- Proficiency with CT equipment, image acquisition, and safety protocols
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans based on physician orders, ensuring accurate image acquisition for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring safety and comfort throughout
- Monitor equipment operation and promptly report any malfunctions
