Attention all traveling CT Techs. An amazing opportunity awaits you in the "Golden State." Advance your expertise in medical imaging within a dynamic hospital environment. This 13 week contract position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, utilizing the latest CT technology in a fast-paced setting. The focus is on conducting trauma, stroke, emergency room, and inpatient exams, contributing directly to high-quality patient care.


Schedule/Hours:

8pm - 8:30am Fri, Sat, Sun
Every other weekend and rotating holidays
Call requirements as per department needs

Qualifications:

Current ARRT(R)(CT) certification
Valid CPR certification
MI Radiology License
Minimum of 1 year of CT imaging experience
Proficiency with Cannon and GE scanner experience preferred.
Familiarity with Epic documentation system
Ability to wear Caribbean Blue scrubs as required by the unit dress code


Compensation:

Pay range $2800 - $3000 a week depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality CT scans for trauma, stroke, ER, and inpatient cases
Collaborate seamlessly with medical staff to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic imaging
Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic system
Support a safe, patient-focused environment by adhering to strict protocols and hospital policies
Participate in on-call rotations, every other weekend, and holiday coverage in line with facility scheduling
Communicate efficiently with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists to prioritize patient needs
